Tennis

Builds coordination, balance and focus through modified balls, racquets and court size.

Padel

A social, doubles-based format that develops communication, cooperation and teamwork.

Pickleball

A smaller court and slower ball make an accessible way to build coordination.

PROGRAMS BY AGE

Instruction Progresses with the Participant

From psychomotor play at age 2 through adult and competitive pathways.

AGES 2–5

Early Development

Balance, coordination, laterality, basic communication through play. Not yet about becoming a "player."

AGES 5–13

Children & Pre-Teens

Progressively more technical instruction alongside developmental and social objectives.

AGES 13-18

Teenagers

Technical development, sportsmanship, independence, preparation for adult / competitive pathways.

ADULTS

Private & Group Instruction

Social play, recreational leagues, physical development and inclusive events.

Competitive & Special Olympics Pathways

For athletes interested in competition: technical development, rules and scoring, match play, sportsmanship and tournament readiness.Special Olympics participation subject to the eligibility and affiliation requirements of the corresponding organization.

Tutoring, Behavioral & Support

Development doesn't stop at the court. Programs can combine individualized tutoring and developmental sessions with racquet sports, so skills learned in one environment reinforce the other, education, development and sport working together.

Through the NXT POINT Foundation, our mission is to expand access to adaptive and inclusive sport for families facing financial barriers, scholarships, sponsored lessons, free clinics and equipment assistance, so cost never blocks an athlete's opportunity.
