Important Notice: Submitting a contact form, requesting information, or using any tool on the site does NOT constitute a confirmed reservation, an automatic enrollment, or the formation of a service agreement.

2. Enrollment and Service Contracting Process

Commercial transactions, confirmation of spots in programs, fee payments, and the final service agreement are not processed through this website.

  1. Contact and Inquiry: The contact forms ("Let's Find Your Program," "Contact Us") are preliminary tools for coordinating consultations.
  2. Offline Formalization: Final enrollment in any tennis, padel, or pickleball program, private or group class, will be completed directly (in person, by phone, or through management platforms authorized by NXT POINT).
  3. Liability Waiver: Every athlete, student, or legal guardian must sign the physical liability waiver and formal enrollment documents at the Mystic Pointe Racquet Club facilities before beginning any sports activity.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including, but not limited to, logos, trademarks ("NXT POINT," "Train With Purpose. Compete With Confidence."), text, images, videos, graphic design, and source code — is the exclusive property of NXT POINT or its licensors, and is protected by United States and international intellectual property laws.
